Hi, I'm Phill Bonner, director of Framework Building & Carpentry Ltd. I'm a qualified builder, LBP, and proud member of NZCB.

I'll be your first port of call when you enquire about a new homes with us, I am directly involved in all facets of your project, helping you through your design, pricing, project management, on site construction, communication, and final sign off of your home.

My strength is my ability to solve problems before they occur, ensuring that everything flows as it should, on time and budget as referenced by our many happy clients.

Quality is our number 1 objective, so we are very particular with hiring staff and sub contractors alike. Which is why we have the fantastic team listed here.

Outside of work I love to spend time with my family, mountain biking, fishing, playing golf, competing at speedway, and when we have the time going snowboarding.

Hi I'm Amanda Bonner, Phill's wife and admin guru. My experience is an honours in tourism management, and a post graduate diploma in accounting.

I'll be the one keeping you up to date with progress on your build, helping you through the design phase and managing the finances throughout.

I love travelling, having been through Europe, Pacific Islands, South East Asia and Hawaii previously we still have alot to explore.

Other interests include spending time with the family, socialising with friends and dancing.

Hi I'm Jarrad, qualified builder and foreman. I have level 4 NZQA qualifications in both Carpentry and Mechnical engineering, after gaining my engineering qualificationswith Kiwirail, I wanted to work closer to home and took up a building apprenticeship with Framework.

I quickly became qualified, and subsequently promoted to the Foreman position, so you'll meet me on site once your project is underway.

I look after the workflow on site, with a very close eye on quality control and scheduling. I enjoy my role as we get to build a wide range of homes and no 2 projects are the same.

Away from work I like to spend my time socialising, watching sport and spending time with my young family.

Hi I'm Ella, I am employed at Framework as a 3rd year apprentice. My previous qualifications are NCEA levels 1 and 2 and I'm currently studying and learning to become a qualified builder.

You'll meet me on site once your build is underway, working hard to build your dream home. 

My role entails taking direction from senior members of staff, performing all building tasks to the highest of quality. Framework is a good fit for me as I really enjoy the team spirit on site, the mutual respect between the entire team and the pride we take in everything we do.

In my spare time I like to go to the gym, socialise with friends and spend time going on adventures and camping.

Hi I'm Phaelyn, I left school after obtaining NCEA levels 1 and 2 and then took up a job at Mitre 10 Martinborough to learn about building products etc. I then applied to be an apprentice with Framework after being recommended to them. 

You'll meet me on site during your build, my role encompasses assisting senior members of staff with their work, keeping the site clean and tidy, and taking on increasing responsibility as I learn.

Framework is a great place to work, as my workmates are all great people, the fast paced nature of what we do, and a positive jovial attitude on site makes the days fly by.

When not at work, I like to play rugby for Martinborough, go hunting, fishing and socialise with mates.
